आरएसएस और बीजेपी की आइडियोलॉजी रिजर्वेशन के खिलाफ: राहुल गांधी

श्री राहुल गांधी ने पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जो आरएसएस और बीजेपी की आइडियोलॉजी है, वो रिजर्वेशन के खिलाफ है और वो किसी न किसी तरह रिजर्वेशन को हिंदुस्तान के कॉन्स्टीट्यूशन से निकालना चाहते हैं। एटेम्प्टस होते रहते हैं, एससी-एसटी सब प्लान के साथ इन्होंने क्या किया, यहाँ पर रविदास मंदिर तोड़ा, क्योंकि ये चाहते हैं कि जो एससी-एसटी कम्यूनिटी है, वो कभी आगे न बढ़े और आज ये जो कहा है कि रिजर्वेशन अधिकार ही नहीं है, ये बीजेपी की स्ट्रेटजी है और ये इनका रिजर्वेशन को रद्द करने का तरीका है।

मौलिक अधिकार को लेकर अदालत के फैसले से संबंधित एक प्रश्न के उत्तर में श्री राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की सरकार ने ये आर्ग्यू किया है, प्लीज आप उसे ठीक से पढ़िए। उत्तराखंड की सरकार ने ये बात कोर्ट में आर्ग्यू की है।

एक अन्य प्रश्न पर कि श्री गांधी ने कहा कि मैं ये कह रहा हूँ कि ये आरएसएस वाले, बीजेपी वाले जितना भी सपना देख लें, रिजर्वेशन को हम कभी नहीं मिटने देंगे, क्योंकि रिजर्वेशन कॉन्स्टीट्यूशन का एक डायरेक्ट भाग है। मेन बात, कॉन्स्टीट्यूशन पर आक्रमण हो रहा है।आप देख रहे हो कि हर इंस्टीट्यूशन को तोड़ा जा रहा है। पार्लियामेंट में हमें बोलने नहीं देते हैं, आपने परसों देखा। ज्युडिशरी पर दबाव डालते हैं, तो इंस्टीट्यूशनल स्ट्रक्चर को तोड़ रहे हैं। तो जो भी मेन पिलर्स हैं, हमारे देश के, हमारे कॉन्स्टीट्यूशन के उनको, एक-एक करके, एक-एक करके तोड़ रहे हैं और ये बहुत बड़ा कदम लिया है इन्होंने।

एक अन्य प्रश्न के उत्तर में श्री गांधी ने कहा कि मैं सिर्फ ये कह रहा हूँ कि बीजेपी और आरएसएस के डीएनए में रिजर्वेशन उनको चुभता है और वो किसी न किसी तरीके से उसे खत्म करना चाहते हैं और मैं यहाँ से कह रहा हूँ, हिंदुस्तान की जनता को कह रहा हूँ और खासतौर से जो दलित, ओबीसी, एसटी के लोग हैं उनसे कह रहा हूँ कि रिजर्वेशन को हम कभी नहीं मिटने देंगे, चाहे मोदी जी सपना देखें, मोहन भागवत सपना देखें, हम उसको नहीं होने देंगे।

एक अन्य प्रश्न के उत्तर में श्री गांधी ने कहा कि आपने जो सवाल पूछा था, आपने कहा था कि ये कोर्ट का मामला है, यहाँ मैं आपको स्टेटमैंट पढ़ देता हूँ, “Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the plaintiff SLP No. 25508 of 2019, Mr Mukul Rohtagi and Mr. P.S. Narsimha learned senior counsel appearing for the state of Uttarakhand contended that there is no fundamental right to claim reservation in appointments or promotion to public post. There is no constitutional duty on the part of the state Government to provide reservation.” तो ये आपको क्लीयर हो गया न!

On another question Shri Gandhi said- The issue is that the RSS and the BJP cannot stand the idea that Dalits, Tribals and OBCs have reservations. So, it is in their DNA. They wake every morning and this irritates them, right! Except, it is in our Constitution and these rights are guaranteed by our constitution. They were attempting to remove reservation in one way of the other. You have seen what they did to the Ravidas temple here. You have seen what they did to the SC-ST sub plan and now you have seen that they are arguing that it is not a fundamental right. So, it is in their DNA to try and erase it and I want to tell my friends in the SC-ST and OBC community that it does not matter what fantasy the RSS and the BJP live in. We are not going to allow this to happen.

On another question related to a RSS leader’s statement on BJP and Hin-dus, Shri Gandhi said- I am here making a very important point. My point is that we are not going to allow the RSS and the BJP to erase reservation. What this gentleman has said. I mean, I am not really bothered about this.
